Good location to resturants and shopping.

Staff rude, unfriendly, unhelpful. We were there 8 nights, no maid service, refused to even give us clean towels or linens, dirty rooms, we had to go out and buy our own bug insecticide following check-in, air conditioning turned on only four hours daily, hot water only eight hours, advertised breakfast which never existed. Can not recommend to anyone.

    Fabulous

Good Points Very clean (old turkish building so quite interesting) Very convenient for shops and old city and visitor centres Staff very helpful.

Bad Points It is very noisy all day and most of the night. The new tram/train runs just outside and on Zion square the young people like to sing and make a lot of noise. You will need ear plugs and it is also advisable to bring your own food as food in Jerusalem is very expensive

    Good

    Location, cost-benefit

Bathroom with shower without protection causing innundations (!). Breakfast very poor.

    Superb

The room was quite spacious, excellent value for money. We loved the balcony and it was not noisy, even though we stayed on Thursday night.

The shower is not really good, the water spills out all over the bathroom because there is not any barrier. Need to sweep it after each use. Breakfast consists of toasts, peanut butter, chocolate spread and marmelade - very basic.

    Friendly staff and comfortable room.

Breakfast was supplied but it consisted of sliced bread, butter, jam and Nutella, coffee/tea etc. Also all supplied as ingredients and DIY. Alright for anyone who wanted to buy in their breakfast and add it to the staples. It was provided from 8am, so not possible to have breakfast and get to sights with tight opening times (such as St James Cathedral).

Very good location, comfortable rooftop and well equipped kitchen.

No air condition, Big and small room are the same price but I have to take the small one.

    Very good

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful

During the Sukkot the nights were very busy in Jaffa Street, so this might not be the address to be if you want quiet nights at this time of the year !

    Superb

Staff is very friendly and chill. IT is in the middle of everything and very close to the Old City, like a 10 minute walk. The shared rooms are a bit small, but the bathroom cleanliness is great (except my room had a shower clog). It doesn't get as hot inside the rooms.

Kids can get in there. It can be family oriented. I dislike children.

    Fabulous

It really good located! Just a few blocks from the jaffa gate and near everything you need. Staff is really nice and they always try to help. If you have any queries you can go to them and I am sure they will help. Really recommend this place.

    Fabulous

Very friendly atmosphere. There a nice kitchen where to cook your own stuff and fridges to keep your food. At least during my stay, people kept every utensil very clean. The building is nice too, it’s got a great terrace roof with interesting views and its placement is the best: 5 minutes away from the old city, in the main square of the new city nerve centre, at the corner where the shared taxis depart for Tel Aviv and the airport and like 50 meters away the new tramway system that connects with the bus station.

I shared a room with other nine people (there are also normal hotel rooms), and it was very small, as was the bed, narrow and 1.80 cm, so you may have to sleep with your feet off the bed.

The location was very good, just close Ben Yehuda street and a few minutes walking from the Old City.

The air condition was not very strong. Also the staff was not very helpful. Its a little expensive for what they offer.
